Research On Ecological Remediation Of Residential Areas In Cold Areas Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

Nowadays,researches on ecological remediation of residential areas are gradually led by urban planning and urban renewal.Under the background of urbanization,urban development is divided into two major themes: the development and construction of new urban areas and the renewal and reconstruction of old urban areas.Cold area cities with extreme climate are in a relatively special geographical position and have more distinctive ecological resources compared with other regions.From the perspective of urban renewal of cold area cities themselves,they are of high research value.Based on some typical residential cases in Nanguan distrijct of Changchun,this paper studies the ecological restoration of residential areas in the cold region under the background of urban renewal by means of literature research,interview survey,and multi-disciplinary theoretical research.By means of field investigation and literature analysis,data collection and analysis are carried out.Meanwhile,theories of ecological remediation and renewal of residential areas in foreign cities are also discussed.In addition,cases of remediation of residential areas in foreign countries are studied to summarize experiences and means of ecological remediation and renewal of residential areas in foreign countries.After that,the status of residential areas in cold regions in China was simply sorted out,and those existing problems and contradictions in the ecological restoration and renewal process of residential areas in cold regions in China were put forward.Typical examples were selected in the discussing process,and the renewal and renovation design was carried out to provide reference for the future renewal and renovation work of residential areas.In order to make the research more targeted,this paper chooses Nanguan district of Changchun as the specific example of this study,taking some typical residential areas as the research object.This is very representative in the whole residential area system of cold area cities.At last,standing in the perspective of urban design,this paper focuses on residential areas' own ecological environment dynamic evolution and settlements residents activities demand as the breakthrough point,review and analysis of the major elements of the residential external environment characteristics of the present situation of and existing problems,from the residential space,road space organization,landscape,public infrastructure repair transformation strategy of several aspects such as physical environment,from the residents' mental health and other aspects of social environment restoration strategy.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding renewal modes and operation methods for different types of existing residential areas,and summarizes relevant strategies for ecological remediation of those types of residential areas,so as to enrich theories for the renewal and reconstruction of old urban residential areas in cold areas and provide more valuable references for the renewal policies of old residential areas in cold areas.
