In the national innovation drive strategy,the content of developing intelligent green manufacturing technology is proposed.In the precision manufacturing intelligent manufacturing,establishing an intelligent manufacturing system that maintains the processing quality is an effective way to promote the transformation of manufacturing to automation and intelligence.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of intelligent control system for processing parameters to keep the production line in an optimal working condition to obtain stable product quality.In this dissertation,the intelligent control flow of processing parameters is elaborated,and the theoretical model of the overall framework of intelligent control system is constructed.In the framework,the product quality control method based on tool wear prediction is researched,and the processing signal management module,tool wear management module,processing parameter management module and product quality management module are developed.Then use UML modeling language to design the system framework based on tool wear prediction method.Use the use case diagram to analyze the functional requirements of the system from the user's point of view,and use the sequence diagram to analyze the actual operation logic and flow of each function from the perspective of the system.Explain the interaction process between different objects,and design the corresponding database physical structure by using Microsoft SQL Server according to the functional requirements and the logical structure of the data design data table involved in the interaction process.Finally,the user interface of the system is designed based on MATLAB GUI.The required functions are realized by code,and the corresponding argumentation analysis and test are carried out,which shows that the developed system and module are successful.In the above research,this dissertation mainly completed the following work:(1)Exploring the overall process of intelligent control of processing parameters,and establishing the overall framework of the system according to the process needs;(2)Describe in detail the processing parameters based on tool wear prediction The control method,based on the system development method of UML modeling language,establishes a system model and framework based on tool wear prediction method.(3)Based on MATLAB GUI and Microsoft SQL Sever,the actual development task of the system is realized.
