The Study On The “People-Centered” Environmental Justice

In essence,the issue of environmental justice is based on the unfair distribution of rights and obligations,it is related to the unfair among people.This paper takes the issue of environmental justice as the starting point,rests on the Marxist view of the people and the view of nature,and constructs a theory in line with the background of Chinese practice.The paper begins in the western view of environmental justice thought,based on the discussion of the origin,theoretical basis and main contents of western environmental justice,from the perspective of theory and practice,this paper explains the lack of "people" in western environmental justice,and explains the necessity of moving from environmental justice to "people-centered" environmental justice.This paper analyzes environmental justice from the perspective of "people-centered",which turns environmental justice from the west to the perspective of "people-centered",which is the Marxist view of the people.This part discusses the connotation of "people centered" and from three aspects is pointed out that "people centered" the nature of the environmental justice "people".The first part of the "people" with the lack of a photograph echo,emphasize the core of the thesis,prove the horizon,"people-centered" is that really can solve the environmental injustice.After that,The content from the system dimension and development dimension,the dimension of the people's livelihood,respectively in argumentation to the principle of justice,process justice and result justice a complete logical structure,from all levels safeguard the rights and interests of the people in the construction of system,and obtain the environment and undertake corresponding obligations.Finally,theory should serve practice.The paper takes Hainan as an example to describe the environmental justice achieved at the system constraction,development mode and people's livelihood effect in the ecological modernization drive and the problems that need to be further solved in order to better achieve this goal.At the same time,with joint construction,sharing and sharing as the key points,it shows how Hainan can better realize the harmonious coexistence and development between human and nature in the construction of the national ecological civilization demonstration zone in the new era,better demonstrate the realization of national environmental justice,and make a vivid example for the construction of national ecological civilization.
