With China's economic development and domestic demand,the refining and chemical industry is booming,and problems such as overcapacity and low-end industries are also coming.In order to solve various problems in development,the refining and chemical industry must be upgraded,and the development trend is toward integration,clustering,and scale.The state is also planning to build a large number of refining and transformation projects and construction projects.Due to the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,flammable and explosive,and corrosive,the refining and chemical engineering construction is more risky than other industries.In recent years,construction and construction accidents of refining and chemical enterprises have occurred frequently,and the safety construction of the construction and construction of refining and chemical projects has sounded a security alarm.When reading the literature,it is found that there are many researches on management strategies in domestic research on refining and chemical engineering,and there are few quantitative evaluations of risks in engineering.Therefore,this study conducts vulnerability research on the construction stage of refining and chemical engineering construction.The vulnerability analysis in the construction of refining and chemical engineering will be evaluated and analyzed,providing scientific basis and guiding direction for its safety management work,and improving the level of safety management.This paper takes the construction of refining and chemical engineering under the condition of fire disturbance as the research object,and combines the characteristics of the refining and chemical engineering with the concept of vulnerability,evaluation methods and models.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,through the literature reading,the vulnerability theory is deeply studied,the definition of vulnerability is defined,and the three characteristic elements of vulnerability are recognized:the meaning and definition of exposure,sensitivity and adaptability in the construction stage of refining and chemical engineering construction.At the same time,we will understand the evaluation methods and evaluation models of vulnerability,and lay the foundation for the next study.Then,from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management,this paper combines the vulnerability theory to identify the fragile factors in the construction of refining and chemical engineering under fire disturbance,and then uses the Delphi method to screen the initial vulnerability factors and apply them.Based on the identification of the vulnerability factors,the vulnerability assessment model is established based on the analytic hierarchy process and the grey fuzzy synthesis method,and the evaluation method of the fragility of the refinery construction construction under fire and explosion disturbance is obtained.Finally,this paper uses the specific analysis to apply the established model to the evaluation of the vulnerability of the Jinxi Petrochemical alkylation construction project,and proposes specific recommendations based on the results.
