Research On The Reliability Evaluation Of The Intelligent Drilling Blasting System In Open Pit Mine

In the open pit mine,there is a great uncertainty about the effect of the traditional perforated blasting operation,this paper has constructed the intelligent perforated blasting system of the open pit mine.However,there are many unstable factors in the actual operation of the intelligent perforated blasting system,in order to guarantee the normal operation of the system and to improve the system continuously,so it must be evaluated on its reliability.Using the extension theory to establish the reliability of the system can be extended to evaluate the model,the factors that affect the reliability of the evaluation of the characteristics of the index,the use of comprehensive weight based on the game theory to determine the weight of indicators,through the calculation of the system reliability level of II level.The blasting system is applied to the blasting of open pit mine and the blasting effect and cost are compared.The results show that the blasting operation cost is reduced and the safety of blasting operation is improved.
