Rock blasting quality in the optimization of blasting parameters,mining cost is reduced and the production efficiency improved plays a crucial role.At present,the study on the fragmentation distribution of coal rock blasting has been taken by the research methods,such as the massive investigation method,the analysis of the joint crack before blasting and the numerical model simulation.Although each method has its own advantages,but also in the statistical aspects of the distribution of the rock mass is low,the processing process is complex and so on.The computer image processing technology and pattern recognition technology to the coal rock burst rock pile block recognition and the surface according to statistics is a method to reduce the difficulties.Coal rock burst reactor block distribution test system is in-depth study of the coal and rock burst on top of a pile of block degree calculation and automatic test system of the basic theories and methods,on the basis of fractal theory and computer image processing technology in Windows environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 for visual integrated development platform,using oriented object programming method and MFC C library and OpenCV(open source computer vision library)application technology,development includes a set of image preprocessing,image segmentation,block recognition and various integrated visualization processing system.In the system,the correction of distorted image is realized by using the deviation correction algorithm;according to the fusion of rock cutting and contour tracking algorithm,the realization of rock pile pieces of high precision recognition is implemented.The experimental results show that the system of fusion rock cutting effect is more reasonable and the system measuring accuracy reached more than 95%,compared with manual screening,greatly improving the efficiency and precision of the work can be used to guide the design of blasting parameters and optimization,in order to obtain the optimum blasting result.
