Research On Risk Management Of Sludge Centralized Disposal Project In Nanning

In order to meet the growing ecological environment needs of the citizens,the sewage treatment industry in Nanning has developed rapidly in recent years.As the accompanying organism of sewage treatment process,the sludge is increasing day by day,which urgently needs to be properly solved.From the point of view of project owner Guangxi Lucheng Water Co.,Ltd.,this paper briefly introduces the general situation of Nanning sludge centralized disposal project,technical scheme and the necessity of construction.Also,the potential risks faced by the project in the process of construction and operation are fully studied using the risk management theory of the project management system.In the stage of risk identification and evaluation,we use interview method,brainstorming method,investigation method and fishbone diagram method to identify five categories of risk factors,including technical risk,totally 21 risk factors.At the same time,this paper further identifies the construction capital risk,process selection risk,financial leverage risk and policy change risk through Delphi method and four quadrant analysis method.Government default risk and decision-making risk are the key and key elements of the project.In the stage of risk response,positive and negative risk response measures are adopted according to the degree of risk importance and classification results,and reasonable risk control measures and means are put forward according to the actual situation of enterprises.At the same time,it is hoped that the theoretical research results in this paper can provide some reference and help for risk identification and response research in the implementation of similar projects in China,and then help and promote the smooth implementation of sludge disposal projects,so as to make the urban sewage treatment industry develop healthily and sustainably.
