Nowadays,there are many kinds of health food in the market,and the quality is uneven.Therefore,it is urgent to establish relevant standards to control the product quality.In this paper,three representative health food raw materials,Ganoderma lucidum spore,lycopene and propolis,were selected to study the technical requirements of their products and develop relevant standards.In addition,the factory design of the soft capsule with lycopene and Ganoderma spore oil with an annual output of 5t was carried out.The technical requirements of broken Ganoderma spore powder and supercritical extraction of Ganoderma spore oil were studied in this paper.The product identification methods were all TLC,which was improved on the basis of the method in Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015).The results showed that its Rf value was moderate,with good reproducibility and high sensitivity.The contents of crude polysaccharides and triterpenes of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by UV method with D-anhydrous glucose and ursolic as reference materials.The former method has good linearity in the range of 20.2?101.0?g,Y=0.0083X-0.0715,R~2=0.9961.The average content of triterpenes in Ganoderma spore oil and Ganoderma spore powder was 19.98g/100g and 6.69g/100g.The average recovery was 105.87%.The latter method has good linearity in the range of 0?109.0?g,Y=0.0102X-0.0077,R~2=0.9992,and the average sample content is 2.11g/100g.The two methods are simple to operate,high in accuracy and good in repeatability.Therefore,the two methods were selected to provide relevant technical references for the detection of the content of functional ingredients in Ganoderma lucidum spores.Lycopene is highly oxidized in the air,making it difficult to determine.In this paper,the method was improved on the basis of GB/T 22249-2008 determination of lycopene in health food.In the preparation of pyrobitumen gallic acid-methylene chloride solution to join in the process of N,N-dimethyl formamide,can significantly improve the pyrobitumen gallic acid solubility,and the retention time by the original method of about 16.6 min to 4.3min,greatly shortens the experimental period.The method has strong specificity,good linearity in the range of 0.2?g/ml?20?g/ml,Y=178607X-10848.5,R~2=0.9998,the average content of lycopene in the product is1.60g/100g,good repeatability,the recovery rate of this method is 104.245%,and the durability is strong in a certain range.This method can be used for the determination of lycopene content.Propolis contains a variety of flavonoids,and the composition is complex,so its identification is a difficult point.In this paper,the TLC method was used as the auxiliary identification method.The reference materials of propolis and the reference materials of salicin,galangin and josemin were used as the control,and toluene:ethyl formate:formic acid=10:4:1 as the developing agent.The obtained TLC speckle fluorescence was clear,the Rf value was moderate,and the reproducibility was strong.The method for determination of total flavonoids in health food was adopted.The method had good linearity in the range of 50.0?250.0?g,Y=0.0029X+0.0001,R~2=0.9999.The average content of total flavonoids was 6.98g/100g,and the average recovery was 97.10%.Therefore,this method can be used for the determination of total flavonoids in propolis.Based on the properties and functions of lycopene and Ganoderma spore oil,the process planning was carried out in this paper,and the preliminary planning was made for the plant plane,the production cost,sales revenue and net profit were estimated,and the plant design of the soft capsule with lycopene and Ganoderma spore oil with an annual output value of 40 million yuan and a net profit of 17.1232 million yuan was finally completed.
