The openness of the railway system makes it highly vulnerable to meteorological factors during transportation.It is necessary to understand the risk status of the railway network under the influence of meteorological disasters.In the field of railway network meteorological disaster risk analysis,there are still problems such as weak targeting,low accuracy and poor timeliness.Finding suitable analytical methods to make up for the shortcomings of current research can provide effective suggestions for railway safety and promote the sound and rapid development of the railway network.The comprehensive analysis model of the railway network under the influence of meteorological disasters established in this paper,the main work results are as follows:establish a complex network model of the railway,cover the connection relationship of the station lines and train operation information,analyze the topological nature and transportation capacity of the railway network;identify the key of the network Lines,improve the pertinence of railway network risk protection,take network efficiency loss and traffic loss as indicators,focus on the impact of line faults on the overall network,and analyze the indirect impact of line faults on other lines through input-output methods;The probability of line failure affected by disasters is analyzed by using random forest algorithm to analyze the correlation between hazard factors and line faults and the performance of the model,and to enhance the accuracy of risk analysis.Combining the criticality of the line and the probability of failure to comprehensively analyze the risk status of the whole network under the impact of disasters.The model is applied to the Chinese railway network for empirical analysis,and the national railway meteorological disaster risk map is drawn to reflect the timeliness of the analytical model.The comprehensive analysis model of the railway network can identify high-risk lines that are vulnerable to disasters and have a great impact on the network as a whole.Under the constraint of limited technical cost,the key protection of high-risk lines can effectively protect the overall network operation and minimize the total network operation.Loss caused by meteorological disasters.
