Drug dust has the harm of general dust characteristics,and the active pharmaceutical ingredients contain pharmacological or toxicological effects on the human body.At present,there are generally weak links in the control of drug dust in China.The manual feeding and other processes cannot be closed production due to process limitations,and open operation methods are used,even the necessary dust control devices and measures are lacking.Therefore,it is of great significance to study drug dust control measures and dust removal devices in pharmaceutical companies.In this paper,the characteristics and propagation rules of drug dust(active ingredient)were studied,and a dust removal device suitable for the control and purification of drug dust in manual feeding process was developed.On the basis of the principle of this device,by analyzing the distribution of drug dust on the job site,analyzing the generation and propagation characteristics of drug dust,the optimized design of the dust removal device for the process of the swinging particle machine can be applied in the normal working environment.The amount of drug dust dissipation was reduced by 99.5%.The subject obtained the airflow distribution in the production workshop through numerical simulation,analyzed the causes of dust accumulation,and combined with the actual improvement of the dust removal device to achieve the control effect of the drug dust without changing the original ventilation system.The dust removal principle of this subject has important guiding significance for the control of drug dust generated by small and mediumsized production equipment in pharmaceutical enterprises,and also provides technical reference and reference for the prevention and control of high-risk drug dust.
