follows:?1?A multi-wavelength HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aucubin,chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea is established:thermal hypersil BDS C₁₈?4.6 mm×250 mm,5 um?chromatographic column is used and acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid solution is used for gradient elution.The flow rate is 1.0 mL·min^-1;Column temperature 26?;Multiwavelength detection:206 nm,238 nm,327 nm.There is a good linear relationship between the content of each component and the peak area in the measurement range.The detection method is simple,fast and stable.?2?Based on the sensory evaluation of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea and the contents of total flavonoids,polysaccharides,aucubin,chlorogenic acid and geniposide as indicators,an evaluation system of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea is established.The quality of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea from different producing areas is evaluated.Through comprehensive sensory evaluation,total flavonoids and polysaccharide analysis,the quality of Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea from Zhangjiajie in Hunan and Lueyang in Shaanxi is better than that from other producing areas.?3?The effects of different drying methods such as frying on the contents of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are studied.The fresh male flower of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is dried by parching,hot air,vacuum,freezing,sun drying and shade drying,and the content of total flavonoids and other components in the dried male flower of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is evaluated by sensory evaluation.The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in vacuum-dried Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are the highest,while the contents of aucubin and geniposide in freeze-dried Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are the highest.The contents of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and geniposide in parched Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are higher than those in hot air drying,but the contents of aucubin in hot air-dried Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are higher than those in parched Eucommia ulmoides male flowers.Among them,vacuum drying and freeze drying of Eucommia ulmoides male flowers are the best in appearance and composition content,while sun drying and shade drying are the worst.However,freeze drying is costly and time consuming.Therefore,vacuum drying is recommended to dry Eucommia ulmoides fresh male flowers.?4?The effects of ultra-fine pulverization,F80 high-speed multifunctional pulverizer pulverization,ultrasonic wave,acid and alkali,fermentation and other wall-breaking methods on the wall-breaking of Eucommia ulmoides male flowers were studied.The wall-breaking effects of different
