The competition between enterprises is ultimately the competition of talents,and human resources have become the focus of enterprise management.Therefore,in the process of human resources management,performance management occupies an absolute dominant position.Talent is an intangible asset on which an enterprise depends for survival,and it is also an important factor that affects whether an enterprise can achieve its own strategic goals.Therefore,for any enterprise,how to achieve an efficient performance management is an important topic,and perfect performance management is an important source of power for an enterprise to achieve its strategic goals of sustainable development.This paper selects the grass-roots employees of Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company as the research object,summarizes the theory and methods of performance management on the basis of analyzing the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad in this field,and then uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate and understand the problems existing in the current performance management of grass-roots employees of Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company,finds out the deficiencies in the current performance management of grass-roots employees of Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company,and analyzes the causes of these problems,so as to reasonably optimize the performance management of grass-roots employees of the current Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures to perfect the performance management of the grass-roots employees in Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company.This paper hopes to improve the performance management of the grass-roots employees of Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company through the research of the performance management theory and the optimization process of the performance management of the grass-roots employees of Inner Mongolia CHL Chemical Company,which will be helpful to the grass-roots employees in the development of the enterprise and also to the similar enterprises in the future.
