In recent years,nitrogen removal technology has been gradually improved,phosphorus removal technology research still has limitations,how to remove the total phosphorus content in water for eutrophication treatment is very necessary.There are corresponding limitations in many phosphorus removal methods.The control and environmental protection of electro-flocculation method are strong,active Coke has the advantages of high adsorption and low cost.Therefore,on the basis of electro-flocculation,the active Coke technology is added to the experiment in order to achieve better phosphorus removal effect.In order to find an effective phosphorus removal method,in this experiment,an electric flocculation reaction device was designed,to explore the influencing factors and optimum phosphorus removal conditions of phosphorus removal by electro-flocculation technology,and the mechanism of electro-flocculation and phosphorus removal was studied.In order to further strengthen phosphorus removal,on the basis of traditional electro-flocculation technology,the active Coke technology and aeration technology are added,to explore the factors affecting the phosphorus removal of electro-flocculation combined with active Coke aeration technology,to find the optimum phosphorus removal conditions and explore how the active Coke and aeration technology can improve the rate of electro-flocculation and phosphorus removal,the mechanism of phosphorus removal is further analyzed.The results showed that the rate of electro-flocculation and phosphorus removal was greatly improved by adding active Coke and aeration link.At room temperature,when the current density is 20A/m2,the plate spacing is 4cm,the power time is 40min,the active Coke dosage is 0.75g/l,the aeration time is 44min,the phosphorus removal rate can reach 90.52%,the phosphorus removal rate of the individual electro-flocculation device was increased by 12.38%.The influence degree of three factors,such as current strength,power time and plate spacing,on phosphorus removal rate is different,and the interaction of three factors also has an effect on phosphorus removal rate.The effect of current strength and power time on phosphorus removal rate is positive,and the phosphorus removal rate does not rise after reaching a certain level;with the increase of plate spacing,the phosphorus removal rate decreases.After adding active Coke and aeration technology,the phosphorus removal rate increased,and the amount of active Coke and aeration time had an elTect on the phosphorus removal rate.The effect of adding active Coke on phosphorus removal is certain,the influence trend of active Coke dosage on phosphorus removal rate is the gradual flattening after significant growth first.Proper aeration can also improve the effect of phosphorus removal,too long time will hinder the growth and precipitation of floccules.The test results show that the effect of active Coke dosage on phosphorus removal rate is greater than that of aeration time.
