Refined oil is closely related to national security and economic development.At present,China is the world,s number one oil importing country and consumer country,and has long had a high degree of external dependence.The trend of economic globalization i5 remarkable.After China's aceession to the WTO,the openness of the Chinese market is increasing,attracting more and more foreign-funded enterprises.Domestic refined oil sales companies are facing tremendous changes-China is striving to promote economic transformation,the domestic market is continuously open,the system and mechanism are constantly reforming,the company's own system,etc.,and domestic refined oil sales pressure is huge,so the innovative market combination marketing strategy is very necessary.This paper focuses on the theory of marketing strategy,analyzes the company's development status,uses statistical data to analyze the Q products of Shandong's refined oil marketing products,and summarizes the problems of Q company's marketing measures,staff service issues,pricing mechanism.Aspects of problems,issues related to employee training,problems in market space,specifically problems such as imperfect systems and poor service attitudes;using SWOT analysis methods to conduct a eomprehensive analysis of Q company's refined oil marketing,thus completing the Q company finished products The design of the oil marketing strategy.Finally,the marketing strategy is proposed from the aspects of price strategy,product strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.The paper puts forward strategic implementation suggestions from the aspects of on-site management,brand promotion,improving the overall operation level of oil card non-run,building a scientific and rational personnel training system,and strengthening enterprise information construction.
