Since the reform and opening up,China has been deepening the reform of the electric power industry system.The scale of development of the electric power industry is expanding,the speed of development is accelerating,and the technology level is improving continuously,while the demand for electricity is not decreasing.Therefore,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electric power system has become an important task for electric power enterprises.In recent years,although the trend of electric power safety production in China is generally stable,and the major electric power enterprises are gradually increasing their efforts in safety production management,all kinds of power accidents still occur from time to time..Therefore,it is very necessary to comprehensively investigate the accident information.Only by deeply analyzing the accident information and carefully studying the cause of the accident,can we correctly grasp the problems existing in the current electric power safety production process,and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the electric power system and reliable power supply.This paper designs and implements the electric power safety accident management and analysis system,which is divided into six modules:user login and registration module,three-dimensional GIS display for accident information module,accident information crawling module,accident information management module,accident information analysis and management module.The system processes accident information of electric power safety production,and analyses all kinds of accident information,so as to provide data support for the management of power safety production..Based on Webmagic crawler technology,information crawling module can automatically crawl relevant news on several electric power security incident websites and store the crawl results in the database.Based on WebGL Earth technology,the 3D GIS Module automatically locates accidents on 3D Earth and displays information such as the cause of the accident and the type of accident.The accident information processing is divided into three parts.The first part is based on Word2Vec and LSTM neural network to realize the classification of accident information.Based on HanLP Natural Language Processing Toolkit,it can automatically extract the economic losses caused by electric power loss accidents,and complete the detailed classification of information on casualties of electric power;the third part is the list of accident information and a graphical display of the results of the accident analysis based on ECharts.This system is based on B/S(browser/server)architecture,adopts Spring,SpringMVC,JPA framework,combined with WebMagic,WebGL Earth and other technologies to realize the management of electric power safety accident information.This system can improve the level of safety production management in electric power enterprises and help maintain the stability of the safety production situation in the electric power industry.
