With the increasing number of mining year by year,the environment under the mine becomes more complex and the ventilation system under the mine will also change accordingly.In non-coal mines,blasting is usually used for mining and tunneling.After blasting,a lot of poisonous and harmful gases and dust was produced.The purpose of mine ventilation system is to exclude poisonous and harmful gas and dust from the working face to ensure the smooth progress of the work in the mine.Yifeng Xinzhuang Copper-Lead-Zinc Mine of Jiangxi Yifeng Wanguo Mining Co.,Ltd.has a production capacity of 300,000 tons per year.Since 2012,the mine had been revamped and expanded by 600,000 tons a year.Due to changing in output,mining methods and access routes,mining areas had been re-divided.Many ventilation,pedestrian raise and ore pass had been used,but others had been abandoned.Due to the change of ventilation network,its network characteristics and fan characteristics may be unreasonable.In order to solve all kinds of problems in ventilation system scientifically,reasonably and effectively,the ventilation system of Xinzhuang Copper-Lead-Zinc Mine in Yifeng,Jiangxi Province was studied through field data measurement,evaluation and Analysis on the basis of consulting relevant literature.The research results are as follows:(1)Based on measuring effective wind-speed of field underground work,it was found that the ventilation quality in some places did not meet the corresponding national standards,at the same time,in the past mining process,there was a slight poisoning of staff.So it is necessary to improve the mine ventilation skills.(2)In this paper,the expansion of the transformation,the ventilation mode is studied,the calculation of air volume,ventilation structure of capital investment,the main fan type had been studied.And by the field measurement and the actual ventilation rate recording,at each working face,“Ventsim” software was used to construct the model of mine ventilation network and to understand calculate air volume,the measured results and the numerical simulation results are basically identical.(3)When using the unascertained measurement theory to evaluate,the most important thing is to establish the evaluation factor index system and determine the weight of each factor index.The results show that the safety level of the mine ventilation system is grade III,and the safety level is general.The qualified rate and the effective rate of the ventilation system are relatively low.So management needs to be strengthened infuture production.(4)The possibility of accidents in mine ventilation system is evaluated by accident tree safety assessment system.The cause factors that may cause ventilation accidents are determined,and the possible causes of the accidents are obtained.And the cause of the accident is analyzed qualitatively,so that the corresponding evaluation index system can be established and the corresponding preventive measures can be worked out.The conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the future work of safe production in mines,and the methods adopted can also provide reference for ventilation design,reconstruction and evaluation of other mines.
