| The liquefaction homogeneous plant has the highest risk factor and the highest risk factor because of the high pressure in the system.Once the material leakage accident occurred,it may cause serious harm to the workers or the public,or cause serious pollution to the environment.As a nuclear material production plant,the main tasks of nuclear safety are radiation protection and environmental protection.This paper carried out safety analysis and evaluation in combination with a liquefaction homogenization plant.The understanding and achievements are as follows.First,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of nuclear safety accidents and safety at home and abroad,and expounds the accident-causing theory and safety evaluation methods,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Combining the advantages of fault tree analysis and safety checklist method,it is applied to the risk analysis and evaluation of liquefied homogeneous plant.Second,this paper introduces the basic situation,technological principle and safety measures of X liquefaction homogeneous plant.The chemical toxicity of UF6 and HF and the harm of radioactivity of U element to human body are analyzed.The causes of UF6 leakage and the mode of pollution dispersion are analyzed.Then,combined with the risk factors that may lead to UF6 leakage,this paper draws the accident tree of UF6 leakage in a factory,calculates the probability of UF6 leakage,and analyses the causes of the accident,which points out the direction for the formulation of accident prevention measures.Safety inspection of liquefaction homogenization system,special equipment and fire fighting system in liquefaction homogenization workshop is carried out by using safety checklist method(SCA).Based on the analysis of the inspection results,the direction of site safety rectification and upgrading is pointed out for enterprises in the future.With the help of human error analysis technology(THERP),this paper makes a general analysis of the ways and internal causes of personnel violations,and puts forward some measures to curb and prevent personnel errors or intentional violations.The last,combined with the analysis of unsafe factors in factory buildings and the results of site inspection,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions for enterprise safety management.Including: safety management,safety standardization construction,safety culture construction,process system design and technical transformation,operational maintenance of major equipment,emergency handling of accidents,personnel operation behavior management and so on. |
