Solid acid catalyst is widely used in the chemical industry.It has the advantages of easy recycling,low pollution and high catalytic efficiency.It has become a new environmentally friendly material,and more and more researchers are committed to research and development of new solid acid catalyst.In this thesis,a novel composite solid acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with phosphoric acid and phosphomolybdic acid composite oxide as active components,auxiliaries were introduced and diatomaceous earth were used as carriers.The catalytic performance of the composite solid acid catalyst was evaluated with the intramolecular dehydration of salicylamide to prepare salicyl nitrile and isoprene to prepare methyl isopropyl ketone as probe reactions.In the dehydration reaction of salicylamide,the catalytic performance of the composite solid acid catalyst was compared with the dehydration catalysts reported in the literature:dibutyltin oxide,vanadium/magnesium aluminum composite oxide and SO42-/ZrO2 catalysts at different reaction temperatures.The results show that SO42-/ZrO2 has the best catalytic activity at 260?,conversion rate:87.20%,yield:36.20%,followed by composite solid acid catalyst,conversion rate:47.00%,yield:28.40%,but the selectivity of the composite solid acid catalyst is higher.From the perspective of industrial production of catalysts,composite solid acid catalysts have the value of industrial application.In the hydration reaction of isoprene,the effects of the catalysts small-scale preparation conditions and small-scale reaction conditions on the hydration reaction performance of isoprene were studied.When the active component PM solution is 33%,the amout of additives is 10%,the calcination temperature is 600?,the molar ratio of water to isoprene is9:1,the reaction temperature is 240?,the catalytic performance is the best,conversion rate:70.90%,selectivity:84.80%,yield:60.10%.On the basis of this,the catalyst was amplified and continuously run for 100 hours in the amplification reaction device,and the same effect as the small test was obtained.Then the composite solid acid catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD and FT-IR.Based on the experimental data,the process design of isoprene hydration to prepare methyl isopropyl ketone?3000 t/a?was carried out.The fixed bed reactor,phase separator and distillation column were designed.The type of auxiliary equipment?tank,heat exchanger,pump?was selected and the process flow chart was drawn.
