Feasibility Study On Peaking And Gas Storage Capacity Construction Of LNG Tank Containers In Liaoning Province

Strengthening the capacity building of gas storage and peak shaving is an important part of promoting natural gas production and supply and marketing system construction.Forming gas storage capacity in line with Chinese consumer demand as soon as possible,forming a sound peak and emergency response mechanism This is in order to ensure the stable supply of natural gas,increase the proportion of natural gas in primary energy consumption,and solve the problem of gas shortage in some areas.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward practical peak shaving and specific implementation plan of gas storage construction.This paper used unit root test,cointegration test,error correction model and Granger causality test theory to analyze the relationship between natural gas and economic growth in Liaoning Province.Economic analysis is made on different transportation modes of liquefied natural gas,including LNG road tanker and LNG inland river transportation.In the analysis of LNG inland river transportation,two kinds of carriers are considered,one is small LNG carrier and the other is LNG container tanker.It has been found that the investment in inland river transportation of small LNG ships is too large.The gas transportation cost per unit volume of natural gas is lower than that of container ships at a relatively large gas transmission scale.Therefore,the cost of using container shipping is lower.Through to the gas pipe network in Liaoning province,gas storage capacity of the tube length and the field survey and investigation of gas enterprises,and gas usage of 14 cities in Liaoning province and from 2000 to 2016 natural gas consumption in Liaoning province data collection,in using the theory of grey GM(1,1)forecast model to forecast the gas consumption in the next decade in Liaoning province develop gas,gas storage capacity planning and the specific construction plan of the tank container yard and refueling joint station is proposed.The results showed that LNG tank container transportation has wider scope and more flexible application,and is suitable for long-distance and inland transportation.Liaoning Province has insufficient natural gas reserves and insufficient natural gas consumption capacity.There is a long-term co-integration relationship between natural gas consumption and economic growth in Liaoning Province.The natural gas industry chain in Liaoning Province is composed of production side,supply side and demand side through long distance pipeline,gas field station and pressure grade pipeline.It is feasible to construct LNG tank container peak shaving and gas storage facilities from technical,safety and advanced aspects.At the same time,it is also feasible to construct LNG tank container peak shaving and storage in order to achieve the goal of gas supply in Liaoning Province gas facilities are necessary.
