Transition metal sulfide MoS2 has been applied extensively in biomedical field due to its great biocompatibility and physicochemical properties.However,the low antibacterial activity of pure MoS2 limits its application,so antimicrobial peptide nisin was loaded on the surface of MoS2 to enhance its antibacterial activity.In this experiment,PEGylated MoS2 was synthesized via hydrothermal method,and the influence factors of the morphology of MoS2were explored.Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used to test the antibacterial activity,and morphology change of bacteria was observed.The load dosage of nisin on the PEGylated MoS2 could reach 933 mg/g.When the concentration of nisin@PEGylated MoS2 was 40?g·mL-1,the inhibition efficiency could reach 50%.Measurements of reactive oxygen species cumulants could illustrate that ROS is the major bacteriostatic mechanism besides the physical damage of MoS2.Chitosan was used as the substrate to synthesis the nisin@PEGylated MoS2/chitosan film.When the content of samples reached 1.0%,the films showed the best mechanical and barrier properties.The antibacterial activity of film was originated from the antibacterial activity of chitosan and the release of nisin@PEGylated MoS2.
