2,2’-bipyridyl ligands and their derivatives play an important role in various fields such as pesticides,medicines,photosensitizers,organic synthesis,and ligands for metal catalysts.The design and synthesis of novel 2,2’-bipyridyl ligands and their derivatives have become the focus of research.In this thesis,a series of chiral 2,2’-bipyridyl ligand derivatives L1-L4were designed and synthesized,and their compositions were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,X-ray single crystal diffraction and HRMS.We further coordinated this series of ligands with Pd(II)to obtain a catalyst for the 1,4-addition reaction ofα,β-unsaturated ketone with arylboronic acid.The ligand L1/Pd(OAc)2 has better catalytic effect,higher yield and higher enantioselectivity.The optimal conditions for exploration are as follows:the yield reaches 94%;the ee value reaches70%.The catalytic system is suitable for mild reaction conditions,wide application range of substrates,and catalytic products are important intermediates for drug synthesis.
