In this study, using camel placenta as raw material and ultrasonic extraction process, the extraction rate and free radical clearance rate of DPPH were measured by single factor experiment. The extraction conditions of soluble protein from camel placenta were as follows:the extraction temperature is 50?,the extraction time is 6 min,the ultrasonic amplitude is 30%.On this basis, get quadratic regression equation Y(extraction rate/%)=33.62-0.11A+0.60B+0.42C-0.81AB-1.84AC+0.43BC-1.94A2-5.74B2-3.39C2,the optimal extraction conditions of soluble protein in camel placenta are as follows:the extraction temperature is 51?,the extraction time is 6 min,the ultrasonic amplitude is 31%.The effect of camel placenta soluble protein on the photoaging process of guinea pigs was studied by applying the camel placenta soluble protein as raw material on the back of aged guinea pigs without hairless light. The results showed that the soluble protein of camel placenta could reduce the recovery time of skin pull of guinea pig,to slow down the formation of wrinkle, significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde in guinea pig skin, and effectively increase the content of peroxidase and glutathione peroxidase. The histological observation showed that, the soluble protein of camel placenta plays a significant role in delaying the photoaging process in guinea pigs. Finally, through sensory assessment and stability test, this study determined the optimal formula of the soluble protein product of camel placenta, and then determined the safety and efficacy of the cream. It lays a foundation for the application of placental soluble protein of camel in cream products.
