Environmental Risk Assessment And Prevention Countermeasures Of Mining And Dressing Project In Maqu Gesar Gold Mine,Gansu Province

As that most important material basi for China’s social and economic development,with the constant growth of China’s population base and the rapid development of the national economy,the social demand for mineral resources has increase rapidly,and high-intensity and large-scale mineral resource development activities are bound to bring about a series of environmental problems.Such as the associated waste of mineral resources in the development process,the destruction of the surrounding geological environment,the outstanding risk of geological disasters,and even the irreversible impact on the surrounding natural ecology.These problems not only threaten people’s life and production in the surrounding areas,but also seriously restrict the healthy development of the national economy,thus causing a series of social conflicts,and they also run counter to General Secretary Xi’s proposal that " Better green water and green hills than golden hill and silver hill".Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to establish a scientific and specific evaluation index system of mine geological environment according to the specific mine surrounding environment,then select a relatively ideal evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the surrounding geological environment,and put forward specific prevention and control of mine geological environment.In this paper,based on the Mazigsar gold mine in Gansu province as the research object,through data collection and data analysis,combined with the specific impact on the surrounding geological environment caused by mining and mining projects in the mining area,13 impact factors were selected from the surrounding ecological environment and natural environment as the evaluation factors of this evaluation system,and a multi-layer mine geological environment evaluation index system was established.AHP and gray correlation method were used for evaluation,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The environmental problems brought about by mining in Gesar Gold Mine are mainly mined-out areas and open pit mining.Because of the cyanide leaching flotation process,the mineral processing has brought about the destruction of water resources and the pollution of " three wastes" in the mine.(2)According to the establishment of the environmental index system in the mining and selection project,the horizontal and vertical evaluation of the impact of mine geological environment is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process and the grey correlation degree method.Analytic Hierarchy Process concluded that the most important influencing factor of mine geological environment is goaf influence,followed by water environment and solid waste influence.The grey correlation degree method is used to analyze the 3 # mining area where the concentrator is located in the 1 # to 5 # mining area,which is seriously affected by the geological environment.The two evaluation results are also in line with the actual situation of the mine.(3)According to the conclusion analysis of the two evaluation results.According to the principle of " governance first,prevention second",the paper puts forward specific prevention and control measures such as goaf governance,reuse of mine water gushing and mineral processing water,and environmental monitoring plan,so as to achieve the restoration of the surrounding ecological environment,make Gesar gold mining and mineral processing project coexist harmoniously with the surrounding environment,and provide the basis for the sustainable development of the mining area.
