| Since the 21 st century,video surveillance technology has been developing rapidly all over the world.Its application in futures fields such as smelting,mining,power system,urban management and so on is also deepening.Besides the new volume,the upgrade of existing video surveillance will also have great potential.Dexing Copper Mine is the main mine of Jiangxi Copper Group Company,the largest open-pit copper mine in China,and also a world-class large-scale copper mine.Sizhou Concentrator is the first stage concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine.The staff is aging and the equipment has been put into use for a long time.With the continuous increase of production tasks,the upgrading of process requirements,the increase of new equipment and the expansion of factories,the demand for the number of mine employees is also increasing.However,in recent years,the retirement of the old group of employees has increased,the number of new recruits has decreased,and the production and operation costs have increased.Under the requirement of improving quality and efficiency of the whole company,the reform of intelligent chemical plant is imminent.The main research content of this paper is to study a set of integrated production process monitoring system suitable for Sizhou Concentration Plant to effectively reduce job demand,reduce labor costs,improve the level of intelligent production,and step by step promote the intelligent and networked management of plant area in our plant.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Planning reasonable layout of video surveillance equipment;(2)Integrated control of plant-wide monitoring equipment;(3)Designing integrated automatic monitoring of crushing process;(4)Design of integrated automated monitoring of mineral processing. |
