Recently,coordination compounds have attracted extensive attention on diverse applications such as superconducting materials,anticancer drugs and development of new catalysts due to their special spatial structure and excellent properties.With coordination chemistry research deepening,coordination compounds will provide more convenience for production and life.However,the design and synthesis of inexpensive and versatility coordination compounds still remain a great challenge.In this paper,pyrazole?PZ?and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole?DMPZ?were selected as organic ligands,which are lower in cost,convenient and easy to obtain.With metal chloride MCl2?M=Cu,Zn,Co?as a coordination center,three coordination compounds were prepared by solvent evaporation at room temperature.They are[Cu?pz?4Cl2]?complex 1?,[Zn2?dmpz?4Cl2]?complex 2?,and[Co?dmpz?2Cl2]?complex 3?,respectively.The structure of the above complexes were characterized and analyzed by IR,powder X-ary diffraction and single crystal X-ary diffraction.The thermogravimetric analysis of the three complexes showed their good thermal stability.At the same time,the three complexes can also be obtained by the means of solid-state grinding,achieving environmental friendliness and providing a green method for the synthesis of complexes.In this paper,the inhibitory experiments of urease activity and nitrifying bacteria activity were carried out on three complexes.It is found that complexes 2 and 3exhibit the effect of inhibiting the nitrifying bacteria,which can be further applied as a nitrification inhibitor together with nitrogen fertilizer.The most important is that complex 1 has a high inhibitory effect on both urease and nitrifying bacteria.It exhibits the dual characteristics of organic ligands and metal ions,achieving double inhibition of urease and nitrifying bacteria by the same substance.It can be further applied as a urease inhibitor and a nitrification inhibitor together with a nitrogen fertilizer.This finding will have a great application prospect in agricultural production.
