Research On The Current Situation And Root Cause Of Emphasizing Environment And Resource Over Ecosystem

Since the 20th century,in order to solve the ecological and environmental problems,people carried out a series of practical activities of environmental governance and ecological construction.Although the environmental situation has been partially improved,the overall situation is still deteriorating,and the ecological deficit is gradually expanding.This has nothing to do with the tendency of emphasizing environment and resource over ecosystem in the governance process.The environment is the material condition in the ecosystem that sustains human existence.Resources are the energy and materials in the ecosystem that support human production and living activities.Whether it is human,environment or resources,they are all important parts of the ecosystem.The environment and resources are just two forms of ecosystem services for human beings.However,in Eco-Civilization Construction,people tend to leave the overall background of the ecosystem,and tend to pay attention to environmental governance and resource utilization issues that are closely related to their lives,and make many efforts to this end.This practice confuses the difference and connection between environment,resources and ecology,ignores the status and importance of the ecosystem,and runs counter to the connotation of Eco-Civilization.This paper conducts research from five parts in turn.First,it defines the concepts of environment,resources and ecosystem,and analyzes the relationship between the three in combination with the theory of one system in itself and two uses for people.Secondly,on this basis,the typical realistic performances of emphasizing environment and resource over ecosystem are discussed.Thirdly,this paper explores the root causes of the current situation,and these causes includes recognition root,interest root and thought root.Finally,it discusses how to correctly deal with the current situation of emphasizing environment and resource over ecosystem from the two perspectives of "strengthen the system" and "optimize the uses".
