Study On The Usability Design Of The Outdoor Fitness Facilities In The Elderly

Pursuing health is the most basic desire for everyone,which is also true for the olds.In the field of outdoor fitness facilities,the frequency of use of facilities by the elderly has gradually increased,especially in the context of an increasingly aging society,where the demand for outdoor fitness facilities is more intense.However,there are relatively few facilities products for the elderly on the market,and there is a certain lag compared with the growing fitness demand,which cannot truly meet the fitness needs of the elderly.Therefore,research and design for outdoor fitness equipment for the elderly is particularly important,which is not only conducive to meeting the needs of the elderly for the facilities,but also beneficial to the physical and mental health of the elderly.In the context of China's aging society and pension policy,based on the usability design,this paper explores the penetration and integration of usability design in outdoor fitness facilities for the elderly,and designs outdoor fitness facilities so as to providing new ideas and methods for future usability design in outdoor fitness facilities.The article first summarizes the concept,development and principles of usability design and conducts case analysis to unearth the advantages of the usability design concept;then analyzes the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly population and conducts behavioral research,summarizing the real needs of the elderly in the field of outdoor fitness facilities;finally put forward the principles and methods of the design of the outdoor fitness facilities for the elderly,and carry out design practice.
