In this paper,based on pyrene,four kinds of enhanced fluorescence probes with simple structure were designed and synthesized.The recognition of Co2+?Cr3+?Zn2+ions were realized respectively.The AIE performance and recognition performance of four fluorescent probes were studied in detail,and the following results were obtained.1.Pyrene Hydrazone was synthesized by the reaction of pyrene formaldehyde with hydrazine hydrate and then reacted with 5-chlorosalicylic aldehyde to obtain a fluorescent probe L1.The probe L1 has good aggregation fluorescence enhancement in dimethyl sulfoxide-Tris solution.In DMSO/Tris?9/1,v/v,pH=7.4?solution,the fluorescence of Zn2+was very weak.After adding Zn2+,Zn2+was recognized by fluorescence"OFF-ON".The maximum emission wavelength of probe L1 is 551 nm,The detection limit can reach 1.848×10-5 mol/L,and the probe L1 can quantitatively detect Zn2+in the actual water sample.2.And the fluorescent probe L2 is obtained by the reaction of the formaldehyde and the 2-methyl-1-methyl-1.The fluorescence of the solution of DMSO/Tris?4/1,v/v,pH=7.4?of the fluorescent probe L2 was very weak,and Cr3+was identified by the fluorescent"OFF-ON"after the addition of Cr3+The maximum emission wavelength of the probe L2 reaches 602 nm,the near-infrared range is reached,the detection limit can reach 1.08×10-4 mol/L,and in practical applications,quantitative detection of Cr3+can be performed.3.The fluorescence probe L3 was prepared by the reaction of pyrenzone with pyridoxal.The probe recognizes Zn2+by fluorescence"OFF-ON"in DMSO/Tris?9/1,v/v?solution.The maximum emission wavelength of the probe L3 was 562nm,in the near infrared region.The detection limit is 2.9×10-5 mol/L,pH the applicable range is 7-12,and a new method for detecting Zn2+in water samples is provided.4.A fluorescent probe L4 was synthesized by the reaction of pyrene Hydrazone with 4-?diethylamino?-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde.The fluorescence probe L4 was used to identify Co2+in acetonitrile with a detection limit of 2.51×10-4mol/L,and good anti-interference ability.
