With the rapid development of e-commerce and experience economy and the increasing of living standard,the demand and requirement of brand and experience are also higher and higher.Traditional pattern of store design and decoration has not adapted to the development needs of brand furniture experience stores.This article introduced the concept of user experience and the research on space design of brand furniture experience stores had been carried out.On the basis of the hard research of brand experience stores and user experience design theory,the design elements of experience store space and the application method of user experience design were summarized.The key points of experience store space design were analyzed and summed up by typical cases.Then the design method of brand furniture experience store and the design strategy of furniture configuration based on user experience were put forward.What's more,the design practice was carried out.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Brand experience stores include five functional areas,such as image display,product display,interactive experience,leisure negotiation and auxiliary function.The spatial design elements of brand experience stores include four categories of design elements,such as spatial image design,interior decoration art design,interior interface design,indoor physical and ecological environment design.(2)The customers' experience demand for brand furniture experience stores can be divided into five levels:sensory requirements,interactive needs,emotional needs,social needs and self needs.Three types of typical customer role model cards including potential type,familiar type and expert type are established which transform the survey data into vivid types of users,and it is convenient for the follow-up design research.(3)The design of brand furniture experience store space should meet the design principles of user experience,comfort,convenience,integrity,artistry,effectiveness,flexibility and so on.Design process is Defined-User Research-Typical customer role model-Task system model-Design execution-Feedback and optimization.According to different levels and types of spatial design elements,corresponding design strategies can be adopted:sensory stimulation,multimedia interaction design,emotional design and theme design.(4)The suitable display ways of furniture products in brand experience stores was analyzes,including window display,space interface display,display,scene display and so on.From the three aspects of display space scale relationship,display density and display height,the optimal design effect that achieves three balances between customer furniture product experience store space were obtained.The design of furniture product configuration of brand furniture experience store should follow the design principles of rationalization,flexibility,interactivity and pluralism in space scale.
