| Germanium(Ge)is an indispensable supporting material for contemporary high-tech industries and plays an important role in the national economy.Ge is an important strategic resource.There is no independent deposit with Ge.The content of Ge is very low,and it is associated with other metal materials.Therefore,it is very important to realize highpurity and highefficiency extraction of antimony.However,the methods for extracting Ge at abroad generally have problems such as high production cost,strong environmental pollution,low extraction rate of Ge and complicated post-treatment process.In view of the above problems,we designed a series of new leaching resins with high selective adsorption properties,and systematically optimized the process conditions for extracting Ge.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the national standard GB-8207-2007,the standard working curve of Ge ions in solution was accurately drawn by spectrophotometry,and the quantitative analysis method of strontium was clarified.Based on the solvent extraction method,the extraction conditions were systematically explored.The key factors affecting the extraction rate were analyzed.The optimal extraction conditions of N235 on hydrazine was determined.Aiming at the above problem that extraction method is easy to produce organic waste liquid pollution,this paper designed a new type of leaching resin to realize the green extraction process of solid phase adsorption instead of liquid phase extraction,which effectively solved the above pollution problem.First,the extractant N235 was chelated with the epoxy resin substrate to obtain E-44 epoxy acrylate leaching resin and F-51 epoxy acrylate leaching resin with high adsorption selectivity.The extraction performance of Ge in sulfuric acid system was investigated by static extraction method and dynamic adsorption method,and the extraction conditions were systematically optimized.The results show that under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of E-44 epoxy acrylic leaching resin is up to 98%;the extractionrate of F-51 epoxy acrylic leaching resin is up to 97%.In addition,the system investigated the elution conditions and the effect of the eluent on the enthalpy elution rate.The results showed that the elution rate of 97% was obtained by eluting the leaching resin with 3 mol/L ammonium fluoride solution at room temperature.In addition,after ten cycles of adsorption and elution experiments,the adsorption rates of the two leaching resins to Ge remained above 95%,indicating excellent recyclability of the leaching resin. |
