Manufacturing execution system(MES)is a production information management system oriented to the workshop execution layer,which opens the vacuum between ERP system and DCS system.As an important part of information construction of manufacturing enterprises,MES is the core of workshop production management.It is in horizontal cooperation with the factory in the management of raw material demand,material supply management,production standards management,production quality management,equipment management,warehousing and logistics management and other manufacturing business activities;Vertical command of cigarette processing,energy and overhead storage logistics,improve the production and control capacity of cigarette factories,realization of Refinement and Intelligentization of production management.This thesis firstly introduces the background of the subject and the concept related to MES,expounds the research status and development trend of MES at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the informatization status of Mianyang Cigarette Manufactory.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the factory and the analysis of the factory requirements and business processes,the overall functional architecture and product selection of MES in the factory were established,the functional models of each module were established,and detailed analysis and design were carried out for the sub-modules of factory modeling and production scheduling.Then,the thesis focuses on the dynamic scheduling strategy based on the rolling window mechanism,and designs the dynamic scheduling algorithm of the packaging,the capacity balance algorithm of the equipment is also studied.Finally,the system deployment and testing are introduced in detail,and the project is summarized and prospected.In terms of technology,the project uses ISA-95 international standards,adopts mature business bus mode,and builds enterprise service bus as data exchange platform.Through a variety of solutions and technical comparison,decided to adopt B/S structure as the client access method,using the Wonderware Historian as a real-time database,SQL Server 2012 as a business database,using Web services as business integration middleware technology platform,using Simatic IT DIS as an integration middleware,based on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 operating system and DotNET development platform,achieve the application integration across technology platform.Finally,a production management information platform with comprehensive information,efficient execution and reliable operation is established.Through the construction of MES project,Mianyang Tobacco Manufactory has established a unified production control platform,realized the integration of production management and manufacturing execution,improved enterprise decision-making,control and execution,and laid a more solid foundation for the construction of digital and intelligent plants.
