With the rapid progress of China's ceramic industry and the increasing output of ceramics,a large number of ceramic industrial wastes have been produced.For a long time,the treatment of ceramic industrial wastes has been accompanied by the construction and development of ancient towns in China's ceramic areas.In order to meet the needs of sustainable development of today's society,ceramic industrial wastes have been used in the construction field as a building material.In addition,it can not only alleviate the pressure of ceramic industry waste to the environment,but also add bricks and tiles to the inheritance of ceramic culture in ancient towns in China's porcelain areas.Taking Pengcheng as an example,this paper studies the recycling mode of ceramic industrial wastes in buildings.Under the influence of long-standing ceramic culture,Pengcheng's traditional architecture has formed a unique architectural style,which embodies the integration of architectural technology and ceramic industry culture.This paper will start from three parts:current research,application design and simulation experiment.Firstly,the basic characteristics of China's ceramic industrial waste and its recycling status in buildings are studied;secondly,the recycling mode of Pengcheng ceramic industrial waste is studied,and its structural mode in traditional buildings is systematized,pointing out the problems faced by local traditional buildings in protection and inheritance;thirdly,the recycling mode of Pengcheng ceramic industrial waste is studied.Focusing on the reuse of material resources and the protection and inheritance of regional architectural culture,this paper explores the adaptive recyclable reuse mode and design strategy of ceramic industrial wastes in the field of architecture,with a view to providing theoretical support and reference basis for future related academic research and design practice.Fourthly,further indoor physical environment simulation experiments are carried out for the design scheme,and indoor thermal environment experiments are carried out.Based on the indoor acoustic environment experiment and the real material simulation experiment,the safety,mechanical properties and physical properties of ceramic industrial wastes were experimentally studied,reflecting its ecological value and application feasibility.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide design methods and theoretical guidance for recyclable utilization of ceramic industrial wastes in buildings,and promote the inheritance and development of ceramic culture in ancient towns of China's porcelain areas.
