Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project was implemented in order to better control the sand,improve the environmental situation in Beijing,Tianjin and surrounding areas through the Party Central Committee and the State Council in 2000.2013-2017 is the first stage of the second phase of Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project.The project better consolidates the construction achievements of the first phase of the project,fundamentally curbs the harm and impact of sand and dust on the Tianjin and Beijing,plays an irreplaceable role in the sustainable development of China's economy,society and nature,especially the ecological benefits.In terms of aspect,it has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.In this paper,Chengde city in Hebei province is selected as the research object.The afforestation area reached 107,941 hectares,the accumulated afforestation area was 222,134 hectares,and the grassland treatment area reached 39,267 hectares in the first stage of the second phase of the project.By means of interview,dynamic and static analysis and combination method,referring to domestic and foreign research results,combining with the background data of the project in Chengde city and field investigation,the ecological environmental impact is analyzed,and the ecological benefit evaluation index system of the project is determined.This system consists of a target layer,four variable layers,and ten feature layers.By using shadow engineering method,market value method,governance cost method and other calculation methods,the monetary quantification of the ecological environment in the first stage of the second phase of Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project in Chengde City is carried out.As of 2017,the total ecological environment value of this stage of the project is RMB 193.54689 million.Specifically,the functional value of dust removal and fertilizer retention was the highest,accounting for 31.57% and 21.24% of the total value respectively.Secondly,the functions of oxygen fixation and carbon dioxide release are basically the same,which are 14.38% and 14.26% respectively.Thirdly,the function of water storage,accounting for 8.33%;The rest of the value function of the monetary amount is basically close.The ecological environment of the project area has been greatly improved,effectively reducing the wind and sand disasters,improving the air quality.Finally,I prospects for the Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project in Chengde City through the above analysis and conclusions.
