Double drum shearer is an important equipment for comprehensive mechanized coal mining.The automatic control of its single equipment is an important prerequisite for realizing "unmanned" in fully mechanized coal mining face.Among them,the automatic height adjustment technology of shearer drum is one of the key technologies for automatic control of shearer.Limited by the harsh environment of coal mine,it is difficult to obtain the signal of shearer working on site.In order to better carry out the research on automatic height-adjusting technology of drum,a shearer height-adjusting experimental device is designed based on similarity theory,but it is limited to theoretical design,and no specific physical development has been carried out.Firstly,based on the theoretical design of the experimental device before the project group,combined with the background of the project and the processing conditions of the factory,the design of some structures on the experimental device is optimized,which mainly includes the design of the cutting drum structure,the calculation of cutting load intensity,the check of drawing and raising the profile size of the hydraulic cylinder,the design and development of the reducer and the development of the hydraulic pump station.And complete the final construction of shearer elevation experimental device.Then,taking the shearer elevation adjustment experimental device as the research object,this paper analyzed the measurement and control objects and functional requirements of the test and control system,selected and constructed the sensors,data acquisition cards and computers in the hardware part of the test and control system,and completed the development of the electric control cabinet in the experimental device.For the software development of measurement and control system,the modules of login interface,initialization of system program,data transmission,data processing,data preservation and query and display of historical data are designed and compiled respectively by using LabVIEW and MATLAB software through modular design ideas,in order to meet the functional requirements of measurement and control system,and the main interface of measurement and control system is humanized designed.Finally,through reasonable and effective experiments,the performance of the designed measurement and control system is verified,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the measurement and control system has good performance,good accuracy and accuracy,and meets the needs of the subject.The developed shearer height adjustment experimental device can provide an experimental platform for further research of the project.Figure [74] table [11] reference [50]...
