Acrylic resin has excellent weatherability,good film formation,good chemical resistance,glossy fullness and other characteristics,but it also has the disadvantages of"hot sticky and cold brittle",poor stain resistance,etc.Therefore,it is essential to make appropriate modifications to it.Organic fluorine and organic silicone materials have excellent characteristics such as high and low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,stain resistance,hydrophobicity and so on.The modification of acrylic resin with organic fluorine and organic silicone can significantly improve its performance.This article using acrylic monomers,organic fluorine monomer and organic silicon monomer as the polymerization raw materials,respectively,by emulsion polymerization and solution polymerization,were prepared water-emulsion fluoro-silicone modifiled acrylate resin and organic fluoro-silicone modifiled acrylate resin solution,and then they were respective cross-linked with the isocyanate curing agent to obtain the cross-linkd coating films.Through test characterization of the resin and the resin coating,In order to obtain the resin coatings with excellent performance by optimizing the reaction factors that affect the performance.By emulsion polymerization and pre-emulsion process,with acrylate monomers,organic fluorine monomer and orgaic silicone monomer as reactive monomers,The water-emulsion fluoro-silicone acrylic resin emulsion was synthesized.And fluoro-silicone acrylic polyurethane two-component resin was prepared by crosslinking with isocyanate curing agent.The effects of temperature,time,amount of fluoro-silicone monomer and dosage of emulsifier on the properties of emulsion were studied,The films were characterized by FT-IR,TGA,DSC,physical properties and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the obtained resin emulsion is better when the reaction temperature is 78~82℃,the time is about 6 h,the dosage of initiator is 0.4%~0.6%and the dosage of emulsifier is 3%~4%,And the crosslinked coating film has good thermal stability,hydrophobicity and physical properties.Using solution polymerization and delayed dropping process,an organic fluoro-silicone acrylic resin solution was prepared with acrylate monomers,organic fluorine monomer and organic silicon monomer as raw materials.The fluoro-silicone acrylic polyurethane two-component resin was prepared by with the crosslinking of isocyanate curing agent.To investigate the effect of polymerization conditions on resin solution and characterization on crosslinked coating film.The results show that the reaction temperature is controlled at about 82℃,the reaction time is about 7 h,the amount of initiator AIBN is about 1.4%,the amount of organic fluorine G02 is not more than 14%,and the amount of organic silicon VSi is no more than 9%,the obtained fluoro-silicone acrylic resin has better performance.The addition of fluoro-silicon monomers is beneficial to the improvement of hydrophobicity and reduce water absorption,The crosslinked coating film has good hydrophobicity,physical properties and chemical resistance.
