Abstract/Summary:
The Fluoro-silicon Modified Acrylic Resin was synthesized with fluorinatedacrylic ester monomer,Ring siloxane prepolymer synthesized by ring openingpolymerization and Acrylic (ester) monomer by Free radical polymerization combined,and Then it was synthesized to the water-soluble Fluoro-silicon Modified AcrylicResin by the neutralization into salt reaction. In order to improve the Hydrophobicand Oleophobicity performance of polymer film, there must be an application of highfluoride content fluorine monomer with more fluoride atoms replacing hydrogenatoms in the molecular chain. Therefore, the Fluoro Modified Acrylic synthesizedwith enough fluorinated acrylate monomer not only gain the performance ofHydrophobic and Oleophobicity, but cause the problem with foaming andstabilization at the same time from a large number of experiments. With a large ofliterature review and experimental exploration, there is a synthetic scheme ofpreparing water-soluble fluorine silicone modified acrylic resin that the ring siloxaneprepolymer prepared by ring opening polymerization is introduced in the molecularchain of water-soluble fluoride acrylic resin. Organic silicon introduced in the processof the polymers can produce synergy with fluorine monomer to improve theHydrophobic and Oleophobicity performance of polymer film, and also eliminate theblistering easily and bubbling of defects caused by fluorine monomer polymer. Thewater soluble fluorine silicone modified acrylic resin as main film former, and it’smade to water-soluble fluorine silicone modified acrylic resin coating. With using forthe aluminum surface coating, the coating performance can achieve solventfluorocarbon paint coating performance.There was a determination of optimum reaction conditions in the process of thesilicone polymers prepared by ring opening polymerization through the orthogonalexperiment analysis. In the reaction system, there was a proper control of reactionconditions, the temperature, reaction time, vacuum degree, ratio of raw materials andcatalyst concentration to achieve an optimal ratio. Through observing the the changeof the kinematic viscosity of reactants in the process of reactant, there was an control of the degree of reaction. There was an analysis summary of a series of experimentresults, that the best design formula is when reaction temperature is90℃, reactiontime is4h, the catalyst dosage control in weight percent of monomer was5%, the rawmaterial quality of D4and D4viproportional control in15:1, vacuum degree of300mmHg, and it can synthesize the highest yield of the product under the reactionconditions.There was summary that Organic silicon introduced in the process of thepolymers can produce synergy with fluorine monomer to improve the Hydrophobicand Oleophobicity performance of polymer film, and also eliminate the blisteringeasily and bubbling of defects caused by fluorine monomer polymer through the studyof organic fluorine and silicone influence influence on the performance data of theexperimental results. And the best formula design points was concerned with theorthogonal experimental analysis of each condition factors in the reaction system,therefore making the best effect of the polymer composite film performance. The finalexperimental result was that optimal experimental formula is that the polymer watercontact Angle and methylene chloride contact Angle can reach97.3°and80.3°respectively; Foaming volume and foam half-life can be controled respectively in151ml and132s; The film adhesion is0, and the film hardness is3h, and the film impactresistance (heading) is40kg cm-1, the film solvent resistance more than50times, thefilm water soaking is48h.
