China's growing energy consumption has accelerated the pollution of the atmospheric environment.The gaseous pollutants such as SO2 and NOx emitted by fossil fuels such as coal have caused serious environmental problems such as complex acid rain,haze and photochemical smog.The central plains urban agglomeration is the fourth growth pole of China's economy,and it is also a region with frequent heavy pollution weather in China.In order to meet the national emission reduction policy of"total amount control,concentration contraction",this paper took Xinxiang city,a typical polluted city in the central plains urban agglomeration,and the chemical industry of the typical heavy industry pollution industry as the research object,and adopted the cost-benefit analysis method to evaluate the economics of SO2 and NOx control technologies in the region and industry.The research results can provide guidance for relevant industries to screen for SO2 and NOx pollutant control technologies,and also can provide a basis for management departments to formulate relevant control policies.Based on the literature review method,the emission reduction control technologies of SO2 and NOx at home and abroad were summarized.The SO2 and NOx control technologies before,during and after coal combustion were discussed respectively.The reaction principle,process flow,research status,merits and demerits,application scope and future development prospects of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology were emphatically discussed.The corresponding pollutant emission control technology systems were established.The process characteristics and economics of the mainstream flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technologies were compared.It was proposed that the new flue gas desulfurization technology with renewable desulfurizer and recyclable flue gas could be the development direction of flue gas desulfurization technology,and the new flue gas denitrification technology without secondary pollution and recyclable nitrogen resources could be the development direction of flue gas denitrification technology.A full-factor cost-benefit model of pollutant control technology covering cost and benefit indicators was established.Considering the regional and industry characteristics of Xinxiang chemical industry,a cost-benefit model of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology suitable for local and industry characteristics was established.The cost-benefit calculation model established by Mathcad was used to calculate the cost,benefit and evaluation index of the ammonia method,sodium-alkali flue gas desulfurization technology and selective non-catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification technology of the research enterprises.The key indicators such as the cost of pollutant removal per ton,the cost-effectiveness ratio and the composition of operating cost were analyzed,and then the rationality and correctness of the model were verified.
