Injection-type pressure sealing technology is widely used in food,chemical,aerospace,textile and other major industries.It has achieved great achievements over the years,saved a certain economic loss and brought huge social benefits.But in a complicated environment,leakage problems are still emerging.Especially in recent years,the state has issued a series of environmental protection policies,strict control of environmental pollution and safe operation,so that the leak sealing technology has received more attention.How to carry out effective leakage sealing in complex environments such as high temperature and high pressure puts forward higher requirements on the mechanical properties of the fixture and the overall structure of the fixture.In this paper,a new type of four-part seal fixture model is proposed,and the mechanical properties of the universal seal fixture and the new four-section seal fixture under different temperature,pressure and thermal coupling conditions are analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software.The performance of the fixture and bolt under different working conditions is changed,and the two types of sealing fixtures are compared and analyzed.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the two kinds of sealing fixtures under different pressures of 3 MPa,5 MPa and 6 MPa,the results show that with the increase of pressure,the stress of the two sealing clamps shows different trends.with the increase of pressure.When the pressure is p=6 MPa,the maximum tensile stress of the new four-part sealing fixture is 67.07 % of the universal sealing fixture and the maximum tensile stress of the bolt is 38.05 %.2.Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the two kinds of sealing fixtures at different temperatures,the results show that as the temperature increases,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the fixture is more obvious,and the ear plates and bolts are less affected by temperature.When the temperature reaches 873 K,the internal and external temperature difference of the universal sealing fixture is 179.4 K,and the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the new four-part sealing fixture is 165.3 K.3.Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the thermal coupling of two kindsof sealing fixtures under different pressures of 473 K and pressures of 3 MPa,5 MPa and 6MPa respectively.The results show that under the same working conditions,the new quarters The maximum tensile stress of the sealing fixture is 62.76 % of the universal sealing fixture and the maximum tensile stress of the bolt is 72.01 %.In summary,the new four-division fixture is superior to the universal seal fixture,which improves the use range of the clamp pressure seal technology and is of great significance for the wide application of pressure seal technology.
