ASP flooding field test in block D was carried out in 2013 to further improve recovery.During developing,it is found that some production wells are with high concentration of agents and rapid increase of water cut,some injection wells are difficult to inject,the extent of EOR improvement is unsatisfactory and the development effect is poor.In view of the above phenomena,through the analysis of the dynamic parameters and production data provided by the field,it can be seen that the main reasons leading to the poor development effect of ASP flooding are the existence of interference of water flooding and casing damage wells in block D.In order to systematically analyze the influencing factors of the development effect of ASP flooding,based on reservoir numerical simulation technology,the research on integrated numerical simulation for interference between water flooding and ASP flooding in block D is carried out.Different development schemes are designed and the development effects are predicted,through comparing and analyzing,to study the influence of water flooding interference and casing damage on the development effect,so as to which can put forward a clear adjustment direction for the ASP flooding field test in Block D and ensure the normal production of the block D.Firstly,the geological model of block D is established by petrel software,and the research on history match of water flooding stage of block D is conducted by Eclipse software.By the end of May 2013,the calculated oil recovery was 43.06%,and the distribution of remaining oil at the end of water flooding is given.Then,the research on history match of ASP flooding stage of block D is conducted by CMG software.The stage of blank water flooding is to the end of November 2014,and the calculated oil recovery was 44.94%.The stage of blank ASP flooding is to the end of June 2018,and the calculated oil recovery was 53.66%,the distribution of remaining oil at the end of ASP flooding is given.Based on the results of history match,the research on integrated numerical simulation for interference between water flooding and ASP flooding in block D is carried out by CMG software.The following three schemes are designed: actual ASP flooding(both casing damage and interference of water flooding),ideal ASP flooding,ASP flooding considering only casing damage and ASP flooding considering only interference of water flooding,and then the development effects of the above four schemes are predicted.The prediction results show that whenthe comprehensive water cut reaches 98%,the stage recovery percent of ideal ASP flooding,ASP flooding considering only interference of water flooding,ASP flooding considering only casing damage and actual ASP flooding decreases gradually,respectively is 17.85%,16.06%,15.18% and 13.21%,and the ultimate recovery factor respectively is 62.79%,61.00%,60.12% and 58.15%.Under ideal conditions,the stage recovery percent of ASP flooding is the highest.Compared with ideal ASP flooding,the stage recovery percent of actual ASP flooding decreases by 4.64 percentage points,the stage recovery percent of ASP flooding considering only casing damage decreases by 2.67 percentage points,and the stage recovery percent of ASP flooding considering only interference of water flooding decreases by 1.79 percentage points.Which shows that both casing damage and interference of water flooding have an impact on the development effect of ASP flooding in block D,while the impact of casing damage is greater.
