Research On Construction Of Financial Sharing Service Center In AF Co.,Ltd.

Since the deep development of economic globalization and"going out"strategy,as well as the vigorous development of the tertiary industry,the entertainment industry shows a high degree of industrialization after the 21st century,and the concept and mode of pan-entertainment gradually rise.But also brings higher requirements and problems,that is,strengthen the financial control of the branch and subsidiary company of the group head office,reduce financial costs.This paper takes AF Co.,Ltd.,which is the representative listed companies of entertainment service industry in the pan-entertainment enterprises in China,as research subject.This paper mainly adopts the method of concrete Analysis of concrete problems,the literature research method,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,carries on the analysis to the financial management question of the case,and discusses general plan,construction process and effect evaluation of finance sharing service center.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The unified standard system is the foundation and premise of the successful implementation of the financial sharing center.Create an accounting subject with a uniform code,hierarchical information system,which is very necessary for the financial sharing center.In order to ensure the effectiveness,timeliness and integrity of financial data.(2)The integrated and integrated platform,that is,the integration of financial system,information system and business system,is very important to guarantee the service effect of financial sharing.The development of financial sharing service has had a great impact on the development of the whole accounting industry.Financial sharing service not only creates value for enterprises and customers,but also innovates financial management mode.With the study of the construction of financial sharing service center in AF Co.,Ltd.,this paper hopes to bring some reference and basis for other domestic enterprises to implement financial sharing service.
