Design And Implementation Of Campus Food Traceability And Safety Supervision System

Food safety issues have always been a hot topic in society and the focus of people’s attention.Among them,campus food safety is a top priority.It is impossible to control the occurrence of food safety problems by relying solely on various laws,regulations and sampling methods.With the development of Internet of Things technology and the birth of blockchain technology,we can apply it to solve food safety problems.This project will build a campus food traceability and safety supervision system based on IoT technology and blockchain technology,providing real-time and non-tamperable data detection and storage from the whole process of food production procurement,transportation,storage and processing for traceability,in addition,the system will provide audit,early warning and real-time monitoring functions to the board of Education,school management and students’parents,so as to achieve the goal of safety supervision.This paper combines the Internet of Things and blockchain technology to design and develop a campus food traceability and safety supervision system.According to the food traceability requirements,the business process and system function architecture are designed,and a data management scheme combining common database and blockchain is proposed to ensure the traceability information is true and reliable.The system is developed by Spring MVC architecture,which consists of front-end pages,data interfaces and back-end services.The back-end service part consists of sub-modules such as data processing,data monitoring,risk control,query service,managem ent function and blockchain function,which provides many functions such as product management,data monitoring,information query,security risk warning,product review,role rights management,user management and food supplier management.This paper introduces the data storage management and the design and implementation of each module of the system in detail,and introduces the information preloading scheme to improve the efficiency of information query.After functional testing and performance testing,the system achieves the expected results with good performance and stable operation.The campus food traceability and safety supervision system can detect possible food problems and provide early warning from the source of food,greatly reducing the possible scale of campus food safety incidents and ensuring the health of students.At the same time,it also improves the participation of the society and parents on the campus food safety issue.It has the characteristics of certainty,immediacy,and easy accountability,and has great social significance and application value.
