| Currently,3D printing has been more and more popular in the field of architecture, and the traditional building concrete is used as the printing raw material The 3D concrete printing has gradually become a new direction of the development of the architecture, and many research achievements and application practices have been made in the research and development of devices and materials in recent ten years. However, most of the research results are mainly from other fields and are not converted into architectural language, which is difficult to be understood and applied by architects directly. Therefore, from the point of view of architectural design, taking the communication room project as a design case, this paper explores the printing limit and summarizes the factors that affect the feasibility of printing through the 3D concrete printing test of curved surface members. Then, based on its printing characteristics, this paper summarizes the modeling design ideas and methods of 3D concrete printing building, and summarizes the joint construction methods involved in 3D concrete printing building. Also,on the basis of the research, this paper completes the whole design process of 3D concrete printing delivery room project. In this paper, the research results will be presented through architectural language,in order not only to be used by architects, but also to provide a reference benchmark for designing 3D concrete print buildings.Based on Rhino and Grasshopper parametric platform, the main research contents can be divided into four parts:the first part is the first chapter and the second chapter, which introduce the research background, motivation and goal of this paper. Also, the relevant papers, literature and application cases in China and abroad are sorted and summarized. The second part is the third chapter.Firstly, the 3D concrete printing technology of the cooperative unit is summarized from the aspects of printing material, device and process. Then, five groups of different specimens are designed for printing test. The printing limit is explored by analyzing the printing testing results, and the influence of changing the center of gravity of the component and the printing offset on the feasibility of printing is studied. The third part is the fourth chapter, which summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of 3D concrete printing, and continues the parametric modeling design of 3D concrete printing building, and gives the realization methods of body torsion, slice fitting, sinusoidal surface and line interference. The fourth part is the fifth chapter,on the basis of the previous printing testing and exploration, completes the design of 3D concrete printing delivery room project,in order to explore the application of 3D concrete printing in architectural design, and find its shortcomings for the next research direction. The whole thesis contains about 34800 words,157 pictures and charts. |
