Abstract/Summary:
The wireless sensor network is a multidisciplinary fusion technology that integrates wireless communication,communication networks,sensor detection,and embedded technology.Its applications include military(intelligence interception,monitoring),and environment(fire,and pollutant monitoring and early warning),Health(body monitoring,medical management),etc.Due to its great theory and application value,has been widely studied by scholars at home and abroad.In the chemical plant’s production and storage environment,due to equipment failures,operational accidents or vandalism.It is prone to major accidents such as flammable,explosive and toxic gas leaks.The monitoring of the hazardous gas in the production environment and the precise location of the leaked source not only contribute to early prevention and safe production,but also can quickly arrange for the evacuation in the event of a disaster to carry out leakage and rescue work.The system designed in this paper uses the hazardous gas monitoring and disaster warning in the production environment of chemical plants as the application background,and combines the two key technologies of embedded technology and wireless self-organizing sensor network to study how to achieve the collection of harmnul gas information in the chemical plant environment.Transmission and data presentation and location warning in case of danger.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,On the hardware design,CC2530 radio frequency chip is used to complete communication between various nodes in the sensor network.The sensor node core controller selects the ultra-low power MSP430,and combines multiple sensors to complete the sensing of the information in the monitoring environment.The aggregation node master chip selects the STM32 with strong data computing capability,completes the data reception,analysis,and uploads to the upper computer.Secondly,According to the complexity of the wireless sensor network and the requirement of low power consumption,the wireless self-organizing protocol adopted by the system is an improved HEED protocol.The new protocol improves the shortcomings of the first-hop data transmission of the original protocol cluster and the uneven energy consumption of the network.The simulation results also verify that the new protocolgreatly improves the performance of the original protocol.Besides,Aiming at the gas sites at chemical plants,monitoring the location of nodes is an extremely critical information.Aiming at the problem of high communication costs and insufficient positioning accuracy for the widely used DV-Hop positioning algorithm in WSN,this paper proposes an improved Positioning algorithms.Simulation results show that the improved positioning algorithm can reduce the communication overhead and improve the positioning accuracy.On the basis of completing the improvement of the self-organizing protocol,systematic software design is carried out to realize sensor network self-organization and multi-hop data transmission.At the convergence node,the monitoring data is analyzed and processed and uploaded to the upper computer,and GSM short-message warning is implemented under emergencies.At the same time,based on QT to build monitoring data display interface,the information in the monitoring area is displayed in real time.Finally,the positioning,networking,warning and data display modules of the entire system are tested.Analysis of the measured results shows that the monitoring system can meet the expected requirements.
