Research And Manufacture Of Climate Chamber Air Purification System For Furniture VOC Detection

The climate cabin is a home building material volatile organic compound(VOC)release detection device.The detection method of climate cabin has the advantages of new,nondestructive,high authenticity and low cost.It is a complete entity detection method,which can simulate the actual use environment of the tested objects,and has been widely used by domestic and foreign testing institutions.In this paper,a set of VOC purification experiment device was developed to study the related technical problems of air purification system in climate cabin.A set of lm3 climate cabin was designed according to the research conclusion.Air purification system.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The VOC purification experiment device is developed,which mainly includes the washing gas filter,the humidity control device,the absorber,the photocatalysis unit and so on.The whole structure is compact,the movement is convenient,the intake is stable and smooth,and the research needs of the air purification system in the climate cabin can be met.(2)The experiment found that the purification effect of activated carbon was in turn:coconut shell>shell>wood>coal quality in the process of low concentration VOC purification.After coconut shell activated carbon mixed silica gel,the purification effect was better than that of single activated carbon.When the mixing ratio(activated carbon/silica gel)reached 3/1,the purification effect reached the best;the molecular sieve was helpfiul to the mixed material.For VOC purifieation,it is appropriate to fill 130g molecular sieve on the bottom of 200g mixture.(3)The experiment shows that the lower the intake humidity of the adsorption purification link is,the better the purification effect of the composite material is,the better the intake relative humidity is 20%(25),and the purification effect of the whole material can be improved under the condition of the gas flow meeting the system requirements,and the air flow rate is 2m3/h,and the gas velocity is 0.2m/s.It is suitable.(4)Based on the research conclusion,we designed a set of lm3 climate cabin air purification system.
