Study And Construction Of Urban Ecological Monitoring Network Data Management Platform For Beijing

In recent years,with the global social and economic development,the ecological and environmental problems are serious.To solve this problem,the General Office of the State Council promulgated the "the plan of ecological environment monitoring network construction" in 2015,the plan pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization and ecological monitoring ability to adapt as the target to the scheme,realizing the information sharing of ecological monitoring network basically by 2020.In order to meet the demand of the present situation and the change trend of the ecological system for Beijing,this page designs and implements the ecological monitoring data platform of Beijing.Based on the data that collected from the typical ecological monitoring stations in Beijing,this system is divided into two parts:the research subsystem and the public display subsystem.Its core functions include news/scientific research and other basic information presentation,the original data entry,data cleaning,data statistical analysis,data mining,user/role authority management.The system is able to play the role of public science propaganda,make the public pay more attention to the ecological and environmental problems;to provide scientific data to solve the ecological problems for the government,to assess the ecological benefits;at the same time provide more convenient data analysis function for experts to study the ecological field.Based on the B/S mode of the whole structure of Beijing city ecological monitoring data platform,using the Laravel framework for the realization of MySQL database management,and using Materialize,jQuery,AJAX and Echarts technologies to achieve the ecological monitoring data management and analysis and display function.This paper first introduces the development process of ecological monitoring network and the status of information construction,and then puts forward the overall framework of the system and the function of each module and the relationship between them.Then,after the completion of the development and construction of the system platform,this page select the typical indicators of the ecological monitoring data for the preliminary analysis of Beijing.Statistical analysis can find out the relationship between indicators,providing the basis for the protection of ecological environment.
