Research On Safety Risk Management For Enterprise Z In Algeria

Algeria is a traditional friendly country in China and has developed into one of the largest overseas markets for Chinese-funded enterprises.With the implementation of the"One Belt,One Road" cooperation initiative,as an important stage for Chinese companies to "go global",more and more Chinese enterprises have poured into Algeria.With the changing political and economy in Algeria,the designing process is becoming more and more complicated,the difficulties of construction work are increasing,also the security risks for Chinese enterprises are becoming more and more complicated,which not only influences the overseas operations of our enterprises,but also is a serious threat for the lives and properties safety of employees from Chinese-funded enterprises.Therefore,it is becoming more and more important to enhance and strengthen the security risk management of Chinese-funded enterprises in Algeria.This paper takes the enterprise Z in Algeria as the research object,mainly analyzes the main characteristics of safety production such as the composition of the enterprise’s operators,the project management mode,and the management of the subcontracting unit.Based on the risk management theory,the risk identification process is determined,and the integrity principle is followed.Systematic principles,importance principles,continuity principles,predictive principles,using brainstorming and Delphi method,the safety production risks are divided into three categories:general safety production risks,construction engineering safety production risks,and civil engineering safety production risks.The enterprise safety production risk identification was completed,and the risks existing in the safety production process of the enterprise were determined.After that,the questionnaire was designed in combination with the LEC evaluation method and risk matrix method.72 experts from different countries,different academic qualifications,different positions and practitioners were consulted.The identified enterprise risk list was evaluated.The analysis found that the company had 28 major risks of general safety production.There are 8 major risks in the safety production of construction projects and 8 major risks in the safety production of civil engineering.Finally,this paper proposes a risk response strategy for the company’s major safety production risk.The research results of this paper have played a crucial role in clarifying the risks in the safe production process of a Chinese-owned enterprise in Algeria,and put forward constructive suggestions and measures on how to deal with the risk in the next step.
