With the rapid growth of the global population and the acceleration of social aging,the elderly in health care,medical care and other aspects have attracted much attention from all walks of life.In recent years,the middle-aged and old people’s movement inconvenience,falls and injuries and other frequent incidents,mainly due to knee joint aging and knee arthritis and other diseases,so the development of knee joint fitness equipment is very necessary.By using the methods of literature review and system analysis,this paper analyzed that the structure of knee joint is muscle-encircling structure.Repetition of single posture,excessive strain and obesity will increase the pressure of knee joint and aggravate the wear of knee joint.The effective methods to protect knee joint and prevent knee joint diseases are to enhance muscle strength and promote the secretion of knee joint lubricant.Therefore,the non-load and exercise method is adopted to design the fitness equipment for alternate training.In order to study the physiological,psychological and cognitive characteristics of the elderly,we should adopt sitting fitness.Questionnaire survey method obtains the needs of middle-aged and old people for knee joint fitness equipment.Kano model analysis is used to identify the key factors that affect user satisfaction in function,shape and interaction,and design positioning is carried out.This kind of knee joint fitness equipment for middle-aged and old people can provide users with "fitness car" and "boat rower" two kinds of exercise.For the "fitness car" state,middle-aged and old people can exercise quadriceps femoris and posterior thigh muscles by bicycling to enhance muscle strength and improve knee joint stability.For the "boat rower" state,middle-aged and old people can stretch their legs,stimulate the secretion of knee joint lubricant,and enhance knee flexibility.In the structure design,there is a bearing structure at the lower end of the main body of the product,and the user can automatically rotate the support rod and seat by pressing the green key at the back end.The conversion between the two functionscan be carried out.In the human-machine relationship,the seat surface conforms to the curve of human buttocks,has protective measures such as backrest armrest,adjustable seat height,adjustable display angle,brightness and font size are set reasonably,which is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.The product model is made by 3D printing technology.Through the form of questionnaire survey,users can evaluate the function,appearance,color and material of the product,which verifies the rationality of the product. |
