Design Of Child Safety Seat Based On Fuzzy Kano Model

With the development of domestic economic strength,the number of private cars has increased year by year.The main reason is that there is a very low utilization rate of child seat in China,and the safety restraint device used by adults can not meet the man-machine size relationship of children.Once a car accident occurs,children will cause more harm in use.According to the experiment,children travel by car.The use of child safety seats can greatly reduce the risk of child occupants getting hurt in a car accident.In this paper,the concept,research contents and research methods of fuzzy Kano model are summarized.At the same time,the design of child safety seat is summarized.Conduct in-depth interviews with parents and observe how parents use child safety seats through market survey,questionnaire distribution,and in-depth interviews with parents,we observed how parents use child safety seats,and sent out questionnaires to obtain the operational problems existing in the use of child safety seats by users.And the existing child seat function insufficiency and so on the corresponding information.Then take the fuzzy Kano model as the template,through the initial questionnaire first form to understand the market as well as the user to the child safety seat demand,according to the initial questionnaire result carries on the screening consummation,after the consummation questionnaire carries on the secondary distribution.Online and offline survey,and strictly control the quality of the questionnaire.Through the data analysis of the collected questionnaire,the satisfaction degree of the user to the demand is obtained,and the final product design demand is determined.Finally,according to the design requirements,the design goal is determined to solve the current parental users for the installation of demolition and placement of children on the two key points of the design difficulties.The design concept of the child safety seat is put forward.The seat position is designed as rotatable,and the rigid connection is redesigned,and the design scheme of the child safety seat is completed.
