With the improvement of people's living standard,jewelry,as a special commodity with multiple values of investment and decoration,is in increasing demand.Although China's jewelry industry started late,it is still emerging one after another.Coupled with the entry of foreign jewelry enterprises,the jewelry market competition is increasingly fierce.To stand out,jewelry brand value is particularly important.MJY jewelry company is a typical representative of family jewelry enterprises in shandong in recent years.Its product quality and production technology have been professionally recognized by the industry,but its market share is still difficult to break through.The reason is that MJY jewelry brand value has not been recognized by the market.MJY company recognized the weakness of the enterprise,the brand management department,especially the development and design personnel pay more and more attention.As jewelry enterprise innovation main body jewelry enterprises has been paid to the development and design talent,but in view of the particularity of this kind of technical personnel post and professional,to carry out targeted to its management,examination and quantitative,quite difficult,lead to many problems of this kind of talent management,influence and restrict the enterprise's core competitiveness.Based on jewelry at home and abroad,on the basis of enterprise performance evaluation system research,combining with the relevant theory of performance appraisal in light of the characteristics of MJY jewelry company,brand management department staff as the specific research object,with the improvement of the enterprise human resources management system to promote the development of the organization as the goal,the integrated use of the balanced scorecard(BSC)to construct a set of suitable MJY jewelry company brand management department staff performance appraisal system,in order to improve the performance appraisal of the company as a whole,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.In this paper,based on actual case enterprise,through the questionnaire survey system studied MJY jewelry company management present situation and the existing performance evaluation system,analyzing the problems and reasons,according to the characteristics of brand management department staff posts set of brand management staff performance appraisal system and the design of guiding ideology,principles,and build a new performance appraisal system,including thecontent and weight index selection,evaluation,evaluation methods and procedures,as well as the application of assessment results,using analytic hierarchy process to set of index weight,expect to eventually implement and provide reference.
