| Based on the research of evaluation theory and methods at home and abroad,taking into account the characteristics of agricultural ecosystem,and on the basis of field investigation data,this paper makes a thorough discussion on the evaluation of ecological irrigation district by combining theory and method with case study.This evaluation case evaluates the ecosystem health of Qing’an Heping Irrigation district Test Station.According to the main contents of the study,it includes:(1)According to the characteristics of ecological irrigation district and the theoretical basis of evaluation,this paper summarizes the commonly used evaluation methods at home and abroad:fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,artificial neural network,gray evaluation method,principal component analysis method,and projection pursuit evaluation method.And the theoretical basis of ecological irrigation district evaluation: ecological theory,sustainable development theory and ecological economics theory,etc.(2)Starting from the four aspects of biology,engineering,environment and social and economic benefits,this paper constructs four first-level index systems,puts forward the main evaluation contents of each part,introduces the quantitative methods of each index,and finally determines the plant coverage,plant diversity,irrigation water utilization coefficient,slope protection stability,irrigation water quality,soil environment and crop production through hoof selection.20 indicators,such as quantity,and relying on the project requirements,pay more attention to the impact of0002 biological factors on the ecological irrigation district.The diversity of phytoplankton and benthic animals is listed as a single indicator,which mainly evaluates the product transformation of ecological ditches and receives good feedback.(3)According to the established index system,field investigation,sampling,related experiments,data access and communication with irrigation district managers were carried out for Qing’an Heping Irrigation District Test Station,and relevant data of biological indicators,engineering indicators,environmental indicators and socio-economic indicators were obtained.(4)According to the established evaluation index system,the weight of the index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to select the appropriate model for the quantitative and qualitative classification of the evaluation index,thus realizing the innovation of the calculation method.The irrigation district was evaluated comprehensively and objectively.(5)The data obtained through model processing,analysis and calculation,can get the evaluation results of Qing’an Peace Irrigation district Test Station for health,the same as the actual survey results,this provides a reference for the follow-up ecological irrigation district evaluation.(6)Comparing the evaluation results of Qing’an Peace Irrigation District Irrigation Test Station with those of farmland without ecological transformation,it is found that the ecological environment of the test station has been greatly improved,and the effect of water-saving construction in the station is good,and the transformation of high-standard farmland has achieved good results. |
